Wednesday Evening Street Market Vendor Resource Center

This information is intended for approved market vendors and participants for the Wednesday Evening Market.

What is my booth assignment?

Your booth assignment is important because it determines your ZONE TIME. Check your booth assignment on the MARKET MAP here. Booth assignments are often subject to change. The only vendors entitled to the same booth each week are full-time Farm vendors or vendors approved for every market. Each booth space is 10’x10’. Vendors are expected to set up within this space.

How to decipher your booth number:

  • The first number is your quad number. A cone will be placed in the center of each quad with the quad number. The cone is the center marking for all booths in that quad. Set your center tent leg in the middle of this cone and set up accordingly.

  • The second number is your space number. You will need to note if you have an odd or even number and pull onto the proper side of the street as indicated above.

How to load-in:

  • The intention is for vendors to NOT drive down the center of the street where the booths are, but rather drive along the sides of the street where the parking spaces are typically located. Use your best judgment. Make sure you are not parking in/on another vendor’s booth space, preventing them from being able to set up.

  • Pull up near your booth and drop your materials in your booth space, then proceed to the Bluff St Parking Ramp to park. You will come back to finish setting up your booth. The dropping of materials should be done quickly and efficiently.

How to load out:

  • The Market Manager will tell you when you are able to get your car in an effort to keep order in the

  • Wait to pull your vehicle onto the street until your load-out time. You are welcome to break down your tent and set up in the meantime. The intention is to keep your materials in your booth space so the sides of the road can be open for vehicles.

  • Pull your vehicle near your booth, pack up, get out of there!

The above are suggestions to help facilitate a good experience for all market participants. It is likely that things will need to change as we find our flow. Please check your email regularly for updates. Information will also be updated here accordingly.
