Donate to Our Market!

Where does your Market donation go?

Donations to the market allow us to keep our vendor fees lower. This means newer vendors/farmers can join the market at a more affordable rate, and you'll have more options when you attend.

The inclusion of new businesses is important to us as a market, and allowing those businesses to use the market as a stepping stone to become successful brick-and-mortar businesses in the community is a beautiful thing to see.

8 businesses in Marquette started at the Farmers Market.

Vendors

Currently, the Market runs programs such as The Harvest Fund, Power of Produce, Food Navigator, and youth vendor inclusion. These programs are educational for both youth and adults alike.

Programs like Power of Produce (funded fully by donations) allow participants to learn about how their food is grown, harvested, transported, and even how to prepare food once they have it!

In 2026, 700 children got to learn more about how their food was produced and received 5 dollars to get local produce.

Programs

The longevity of the Market relies on donations and support to be a place to meet new people, find local food, and strengthen your community. Whether you are donating to The Harvest Fund to get food directly to a family in need, or donating to the market to maintain programming and facilities, you are adding to a sense of community for years to come.

Every time you come down to the Market, meet a local vendor, and listen to live music, you are an active part of an amazing community built by people just like you!
